Year Round Events
Camping Request
Year round: $25 per night when available. Includes electricity and water for camper, and use of shower house. Overnight horse camping is available in spring, summer and fall. Also $25 per night.

Facility Rentals
Mini Expo building: 16,700 usable square feet. Comfortably seats 300 but can seat more. $2,900 per event day.
West Expo building: 26,000 usable square feet. Comfortably seats 650 but can seat more. $3,900 per event day.
Multi-day discount available.
Building rental includes tables and chairs, in-house sound system and Wi-Fi. You provide the food and non-alcoholic drinks. Liquor is sold and served by McLean County Fair. Other equipment is available for rent if you cannot provide it yourself.
Additional facilities:
- Barn A, B, C & D = open span, roof only/no walls. Barn D has a concrete floor.
- Grandstand = dirt straight track & bleachers
