Application Process for Vendors/Exhibitors

To participate as a vendor/exhibitor for the 2026 Fair, please complete an application at the link below. You will need to submit a photo of your booth/stand/trailer or provide a description. Submitting the application does not guarantee a space. Applications are reviewed and choices are made based on past participation, the type of products or services offered, size, electrical needs, and the attractiveness of the booth/trailer.

The Vendor/Exhibitor Information Packet is new this year. Please review this information before applying. The info in this packet is part of the contract for vendors/exhibitors, and you are responsible for knowing this info.

Vendors and exhibitors from last year’s Fair are allowed to return, proving they met expectations and are in good standing with the McLean County Fair, the Illinois Department of Revenue, and any other entities associated with the Fair. New vendors can expect to be offered spaces after returning vendors/exhibitors have confirmed their return.

We have very limited space for exhibitors and vendors, and typically receive more applications than spaces available. We do not reserve spots for vendors/exhibitors. If you are invited to be a vendor/exhibitor, you must submit a signed contract with payment and a certificate of insurance prior to a space being assigned. All paperwork and payment must be in our office by July 1st; otherwise, you will forfeit your space.

Apply to Work at the Fair

From scanning, collecting, and selling tickets to directing traffic and more, there are plenty of opportunities for you to be part of the fair. The hours worked will be during the fair, July 29th through August 2nd, except for any pre-fair meetings and/or requests for help during set-up.

We’re looking for people who are comfortable handling money, enjoy talking to people, don’t mind large crowds, and enjoy spending a lot of time outside. Must be able to lift 25 pounds and be on your feet for an extended period of time. Customer service experience is beneficial.

We accept applications for those 15 and up. Work waivers are required for those who are 15.
