Camping Info

Camping on the McLean County Fairgrounds is available May 1 – October 31. Water may not be available until mid May.

Looking for somewhere to stay the night? McLean County Fair allows camping on the Fairgrounds for those traveling with or without livestock or for attendees/vendors for events scheduled on the grounds. All camping must be approved by Fair management 24 hours prior to arrival. We do not have designated camp sites, just a general area with electric and water hook ups.

Pens/stalls are only provided upon special request and for an additional fee. There is an uncovered practice horse arena that can be used.

Camping is $25 per night per camping vehicle/trailer/camper. Fee includes use of the showers, electric and water hookup, and access to the dump station.

No open fires are allowed on the grounds.

Please review the camping rules and complete the application. A staff member will follow up with you about your stay. Please allow at least 24 hours for a response to your submission. After hours submissions will be reviewed on the following business day.
